I had a very typical dating history before I joined Great Expectations. I had experience with the “bar” thing, good intentions but no future when friends try to help and set you up, and even worse luck with two other computer dating services. Feeling lonely, frustrated and on a whim, I followed up an ad from Great Expectations that I got in the mail. What a great experience awaited me! The staff was unbelievable with confidence, explaining how it all works, and I received overall respect and helpfulness in all the phone calls and office visits. The personnel at the receptionist desk, photo shoot and video shoot were all great people. They treated me with extreme kindness at all times. The use of the computer system was so easy and had a great variety of choices. I felt great every time I went on the website. The women who showed interest in me were very flattering. I was a member for only two months before I met Barbara. The first time I saw her on the screen I was “wowed.” I had to think about it for longer than necessary because she seemed so complete with what I was looking for. I was hesitant at the start because I didn’t want to seem too eager or easy. I thought that it was highly unlikely to find someone so fast who was so comfortable with me. No pressure, no games and no uneasiness. It was all good. It was so great to fall in love. I thought to myself, “Can this be true? Why is my heart doing back flips?” Well, it was all true and that is why my heart was doing back flips. I have never been so happy. As far as the cost of the program—you can’t put a price on true love. I proposed to Barbara on the exact site I first met her. I can’t wait until tomorrow because I am happier every day. It worked and I can’t say enough about the staff and support I received from Great Expectations.
